At-Risk Student Services
Research shows that students who drop out of high school earn significantly less throughout their lifetimes and are 8 times more likely to be incarcerated than a student who completed high school. In Del Valle ISD we strive to create an environment conducive to learning and becoming successful adults. Students beginning to experience difficulties in school may be referred to the District Student Support Office for assistance to prevent dropping out of school. Schools, parents and or students may contact 512-386-3110 for information on support and services.
Students that have dropped out of school and are looking to return will be advised in their best academic interest for a school or program that will help them complete their high school education. Contact 386-3110 for information on beginning the process of returning to school.
